FAQ
Questions answered.
Everything you need to know before your first order.
How do I order gas?
WhatsApp 09134229808 with your estate, street and the size you need (5, 12.5, 25 or 50 kg). We confirm the price, you transfer to 2341847284 · MoniePoint · JEDOT Gas Energy Limited, and we dispatch. Under 60 seconds start to finish.
How does the weighing work?
Our technician carries a 150 kg Camry industrial scale on every delivery. The cylinder is placed on the scale at your doorstep and you read the display yourself before confirming payment. If the weight is wrong, the delivery does not proceed.
Why no cash?
Every bank transfer and POS payment is timestamped, attributed and traceable. This protects you from disputes and protects us from cash-handling risk. Our account: 2341847284 · MoniePoint · JEDOT Gas Energy Limited. Always verify the name before transferring.
Do you supply businesses and restaurants?
Yes. We arrange scheduled supply for commercial kitchens, restaurants, kiosks and institutions. WhatsApp us with your location and typical weekly usage and we will structure a supply schedule.
Is LPG actually cleaner than what I’m using?
Compared to charcoal and firewood, LPG produces roughly 50–68% less CO² per meal and 90% fewer fine particles. WHO data links indoor air pollution from solid cooking fuels to over 3 million deaths a year in Africa.
