Ordering cooking gas in Nigeria used to mean flagging down a vendor in the street, negotiating a price, handing over cash, hoping the weight was right, and then worrying about whether the transaction would go smoothly. With Sureflame, the entire process is done via WhatsApp — and takes less than 60 seconds from your first message to confirmed dispatch.

This guide walks you through exactly what happens when you order from Sureflame, from first contact to the scale reading at your door.

Step 1: Send us a WhatsApp message

Open WhatsApp and start a chat with 09134229808. Your opening message should include three things:

Example message: “Good morning, I’d like to order a 12.5 kg gas refill. I’m at 15 Asaba Street, Trademore Estate.”

That’s all. We respond within minutes during operating hours (Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 8PM).

Step 2: Confirm the price and pay

We will reply with the current price for your cylinder size and confirm that we cover your estate. LPG prices fluctuate with the depot cost, so we state the current price before you commit.

Once you confirm the order, transfer the exact amount to:

Always verify the account name before transferring. Send us your payment confirmation (screenshot or reference number) and we begin dispatch immediately.

We do not accept cash. Every Sureflame transaction is a bank transfer or POS — this protects both parties and creates a complete record of every delivery.

Step 3: We dispatch and you track

Our delivery technician sets out with your cylinder on a GPS-tracked keke (tricycle). We will let you know an estimated arrival time. For most deliveries within Trademore, Mshel, and adjacent estates, the wait is typically 30–60 minutes depending on the time of day.

If you need to reach us during the delivery, the same WhatsApp number is active throughout.

Step 4: The weigh-in at your door

This is what makes Sureflame different from every informal gas vendor. When our technician arrives, the cylinder is placed on a 150 kg Camry industrial scale at your doorstep. You read the display yourself.

The reading should show the tare weight (stamped on the cylinder collar) plus the gas quantity you ordered. For a 12.5 kg refill into a cylinder with a 8 kg tare weight, you should see approximately 20.5 kg on the scale.

If the reading is short, we do not proceed with the delivery. Simple as that.

For commercial kitchens and B2B customers

If you run a restaurant, kiosk, or commercial kitchen, we offer scheduled supply arrangements. Tell us your typical weekly consumption and we will structure a regular delivery schedule. We handle 25 kg and 50 kg cylinders and can accommodate high-frequency, high-volume orders.

WhatsApp us with your business details and we will discuss a commercial supply arrangement that matches your kitchen’s operating pattern.
